Delivery Timing
Monday to Friday: 09.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday: 09.30am to 1.30pm
Standard Delivery
We charge a delivery fee of $35, which covers a one-way trip to your designated location
FOC Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on orders of $100 and above, or with any purchase of Boltless Racks in a single order. Free installation service is included only for purchases that include racks. For orders without racks, we provide delivery only, without installation.
Our complimentary installation service comes with the following conditions:
- The installation service cannot be separated from the delivery.
- Our installation service is not intended to be abused as free labor to relocate or remove existing inventories or storage equipment. If you require such services, an additional labor charge will apply.
- Additionally, a $20 surcharge will be added for deliveries to Tuas, Sentosa, and the Central Business District.
Re-Delivery
In the event our delivery team reached your location and there is no one present to receive the order;
A re-delivery fee of $35 will be incurred and the re-delivery slot will be subjected to our earliest possible delivery schedule.
Delivery Terms
Your order will typically arrive within 3-7 business days after payment has been made.
Boltless Rack
- Amendments or cancellations of orders after payment receipt will incur a charge of 30% of the invoice value.
- After installation & delivery there is NO cancellation or amendment of order or sizes. Any Changes in layout or sizes after installation or delivery will incur a additional cost of $30/unit.
- Only items in as-new condition can be changed. Products with damages, wear and tear, or any modification will not be accepted.
Heavy Duty System
- There will be no cancellation for medium duty or heavy duty system as all these orders are custom made to order. Any changes or cancellation after confirmation will incur 40% production and material cost of the total invoice.
Custom Orders
- Customized orders, such as height customization, cannot be cancelled beyond order confirmation.
The warranty for our storage system is valid for 1 year and covers manufacturing defects. We offer a 1 to 1 exchange for items that qualify for the warranty.
Please be aware that the warranty only applies to structural damages and not aesthetic damages. A pick-up fee of $50 will be charged.
It is important to note that warranty claims will not be accepted for products that have been damaged, dirtied, or abused due to customer misuse and negligence. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any labor or transportation charges that may be involved.
If the product is found to be faulty after installation, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp at 88581288. Do not attempt to repair the product on your own, as this will void the warranty provided by PG Storage Systems.
