What is your return policy?
- Our goal is to ensure that all our products arrive in perfect condition. If you are dissatisfied, receive a damaged or faulty product, or get an incorrect order, please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we do provide an exchange service for damaged or faulty goods, with return postage to be covered by the customer.
REFUNDS
- Refunds typically take 5-10 working days to appear on your account statement. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.

When will my order be processed?
- Orders placed after 4:30 pm SGT Monday to Friday may not be processed until the following business day. Weekend orders will be processed on the next business day (Monday).
How much is the delivery fee?
- We offer a flat rate delivery and handling fee of SGD 10.00 for orders below SGD 80.00 in merchandise subtotal. Free shipping is applicable for orders of SGD 80 and above. Please note: Weekend delivery is not available.
Can I ship my order internationally?
- Currently, we only ship to addresses within Singapore.
What if my item arrives damaged?
