We charge a delivery fee of $35, which covers a one-way trip to your designated location

We provide free standard delivery with purchase of $100 and above, in a single order made. We offer free installation service only for purchases that include racks. For purchases without racks, we provide delivery without installation.

Our complimentary installation service comes with the following conditions:

• The installation service cannot be separated from the delivery.
• Our installation service is not intended to be abused as free labor to relocate or remove existing inventories or storage equipment. If you require such services, an additional labor charge will apply.

In the event our delivery team reached your location and there is no one present to receive the order;

A re-delivery fee of $35 will be incurred and the re-delivery slot will be subjected to our earliest possible delivery schedule.

Your order will typically arrive within 3-7 business days after payment has been made.
