CANCEL & RETURN POLICY
- Amendment or cancellation of orders on the day of delivery will incur a delivery charge of $50
- After installation & delivery there is NO cancellation or amendment of order or sizes. Any Changes in layout or sizes after installation or delivery will incur a additional cost of $30/unit.
- Only items in as-new condition can be changed.
- Products with damages, wear and tear, or any modification will not be accepted
- The refund will only be processed after collection of the returned item(s) and may take up to 7 working days to process.We do not entertain any return of order after 7 days from delivery date.
- There will be no cancellation for medium duty or heavy duty system as all these orders are custom made to order. Any changes or cancellation after confirmation will incur 40% production and material cost of the total invoice.
- Customized orders, such as height customization, cannot be cancelled beyond order confirmation.
